I'm happy to have you here! Welcome to my little corner of the internet, where you'll discover everything related to yoga, health, and wellness.

Although my main focus is on yoga, I also share a variety of health and wellness tips, recipes, and more for you to explore.

My goal is to help others feel comfortable and happy in their bodies without adhering to strict diets and exercise routines.

Moving our bodies is a wonderful privilege—something we get to do, not something we have to do.

Where it all began…

It all began when I came suddenly Ill in December 2020. I signed up for my first yoga teacher training in January of 2022 when I had finally healed enough to pursue something I was passionate about. Throughout this journey, I learned so much more than just yoga. I learned the way I wanted to live my life.

The practice of yoga is so special and unique to each individual. I hope to share that with the world through my teachings and offerings. I have a passion for all things wellness, and to show people its benefits of caring for your body both physically and mentally.

When teaching, my goal is to create a variety of classes for all yogis. Classes are crafted intentionally, focusing on strength, flexibility, and mobility. I have studied Vinyasa yoga most intently.

In my free time, I love reading, cooking, spending time with my boyfriend, riding my peloton bike, and traveling.

With all of the knowledge I have gathered in my different trainings, I am confident that I can create classes students will love. I can adjust you in poses (yes, even virtually) to help you to achieve poses with proper alignment. I aim to have each student leave my classes feeling strong and confident.
