Every class that I create is created with you in mind. Classes are composed in a way to help you enhance the connection between the mind, body, and breath. Classes weave in strength, flexibility, and mobility to help you transform and up level your practice.
Live and On-Demand Classes
Join me on the mat for live and on-demand practices.
Classes will typically be a mix of vinyasa and Yin-style classes. I like to put in a combination of flows that focus on strength, flexibility, and mobility.
These classes are FREE and are hosted via Zoom but if you feel inclined to donate your support is always appreciated.
